Executive Council

General Assembly
Officers are elected at the General Assembly. At the most recent, in Shanghai on 17 October 2025, Seng Chuan Tan became President, K. N. Gunalan was elected President-Elect and Firas Bou Diab Executive Vice-President. The current Constitution was approved by the General Assembly on 9 March 2022.
The Strategic Plan (SP10) introduces electronic voting for General Assembly decisions, Executive Council votes and committee consultations during 2026–2027.
